Mohamed-Ali IBRAHIM works as a Lead Auditor and Trainer to the European Norm EN 15038 for the Austrian Standards Institute. IBRAHIM has a master in Translation & Interpretation Science from the University of Graz in Austria; between 1999 and 2004 he worked for the Austrian Certification Body as a Trainer and Lead Auditor to ISO 9001. In this time, he opened new markets and conducted about 200 different QMS-Audits.
